Hazera’s Two New Red Pepper Varieties

hazera presented two new pepper varieties named tzalaf and efe and at arava exhibition 2015. not only do they boast strikingly intense color and excellent flavor, but they are also high-quality varieties that are suitable for winter growing that also maintain uniformity of shape throughout the growing season. 

tzalaf’s high-quality blocky fruit yield is concentrated for end-of-the-season picking, with its specifications making it particularly suitable for exporting to the premium markets in western europe. efe was developed for early planting. it offers a large blocky fruit of fine quality, yielding fruit throughout the growing season.

 

the properties of these new varieties include both high-quality yields for growers, as well as high resistance levels.
