TAHAL–Plans to Implement a Major agricultural Project in Eastern Europe

The current agreement calls for TAHAL to plan

Recently the TAHAL Company signed an agreement to carry out an agricultural project valued at 62 million Euros.

TAHAL is a subsidiary of the Kardan Group N.V. directed by Avner Schnur and Yosef Grunfeld for constructing infrastructures and projects.

The Company has two divisions – TAHAL Group projects which provides engineering planning services as well as infrastructure supervision; and TAHAL Assets, which invests in earning assets in infrastructure areas such as wastewater treatment and water installations.
The current agreement calls for TAHAL to plan, construct and provide consulting and management services for a client in an undisclosed Eastern European country to develop and manage agricultural areas for a period of four years.
The client has the option to extend this four-year period for an additional annual payment.
Saar Bracha regards agricultural development as a field with the potential for significant growth in the Company’s operations in the coming years.
The considerable knowledge and experience, which has been accumulated in this area complements TAHAL’s activities in the water and infrastructure industries, and also offers a response for the increasing global need for sustainable food security.
