Metzer Expands Its Portfolio with MetzerTape and New Sprinkler Solutions
Metzer continues to expand its irrigation solutions portfolio with the introduction of two products designed to improve irrigation efficiency and enhance agricultural productivity: MetzerTape, a drip tape solution for field crops, and an advanced sprinkler product line for a wide variety of crops.
MetzerTape is a seasonal drip tape featuring a continuous labyrinth design developed to deliver exceptional clogging resistance and uniform water distribution throughout the irrigation line. Its unique hydraulic structure creates turbulent flow that maximizes filtration area and improves performance even under challenging operating conditions. The tape is suitable for field crops such as cotton, corn, sunflower, watermelon, alfalfa, and strawberries, and can be used for surface irrigation and under mulch applications.
The high tensile strength of MetzerTape enables fast and efficient installation and retrieval, helping reduce labor requirements in the field. In addition, it offers excellent resistance to UV radiation and fertilizers, low-profile emitters, and reliable performance across long laterals.
